Extreamly late, didn't understand english and got charged full price for their mistake, General Manager had no business etiquette

The company was to show anywhere between 0830 and 1030 on 01-20-08. No one called until 1041 to say the company would be late. They then said they would be there by 1200. When no one showed by 1215 I called the general manager. The manager said they were stuck in traffic on I-70, then stated they would be there in 20 minutes. When no one showed 25 minutes later, I called the manager again. He then stated another 20 minutes they would be there. Again, when they didn't show I called. The manager then turned his phone off and wouldn't return my call.

I insisted on getting in touch and continued to dial. I finally got through and the general manager began to yell at me. He told me I was calling too much and just needed to sit and wait. 15 minutes later the moving crew arrived. The crew barely spoke english and didn't understand what instructions were given. Also, the crew demanded cash only; I only had credit. I had to wait and additional 15 minutes to come up with the full amount even after having to wait over three hours.
