Building a sunroom without a roof

My compliant consists of the following:
-Sales representative misrepresented person (s) installing sunroom. Company employee verses contractor (s).
-Misrepresentation of sunroom features and abilities
-Contractor was not trained to install sunroom per manufacture specifications.
-Contract not provided to customer per request
-Poor workmanship from the contractor, inadequately equipped to accomplish task:
1 Incorrect tools and methods for installation
2 Assembly of sunroom not per manufacture instructions (material substitution without customers knowledge)
3 Contractor left roof and sunroom exposed to weather during weeks of no show.
4 Unknowledgeable of sunroom, giving incorrect information.
6 Damage to sunroom material
-Contractor tried to submit (final) completion audit sheet to customer prior to work accomplish for company disbursement of compensation.
-Untimely ness of installation by the company. Company collected installments then delayed installation of sunroom.
-Untruthfulness by workers and company employees. Company employees promise work to be completed but never came out to finish.

-Disrespectful of customers property during the installation process:

1 Never setup protective covering to prevent weather damage of home and sunroom. When told of the problem, company never corrected situation.

2 Clean-up of customers yard inappropriately disposal of building material (threw over fence in common area)

3 Water roof leakage on house wall, Left room exposed for insect penetration.
-Not fulfilling necessary adjustments for final completion and delivery of sunroom.

-Companies priorities were to obtain financial compensation, without work accomplished immediately following payment.
-Knowingly installed damaged material: 1 Roof 2 3 Girders Panels
-Did not install material to manufacture specifications, added pieces and material to make adjustments.

-After contacting and making arrangements to discuss problems with company owners, owner never followed up by complying with scheduled appointment nor either made arrangements to contact me to discuss concerns.

The methods used during the sunroom installation have been sub par and questionable to say the least. I have made numerous telephone calls and sent many emails along with pictures to both Production office and upper management regarding these issues without resolve.
I have also contacted the manufacture of the sunroom "Joyce Manufacturing Incorporated" along with pictures of the questionable workmanship.

There response was limited and again without resolve.

This information is provided in supplement to the compaint from above.

As the result of the faulty workmanship preformed by Classic Conservatories of Maryland the gutter and down spout systems both on the back side roof (rear) of the house and on both side of the sunroom are not functioning as required. Classic Conservatories destroyed/damaged the gutter system by cutting and separating over a 20 foot section that directed water from the roof to the down spout region.

Classic Conservatories was aware of the water flow issue and to compensate for their error the workmen used silicon and metal deflector to redirect the down flow of water during rain storms without resolve.

The dormer built by Classic Conservatories attaches to the rear main roof and is positioned above the sunroom roof. This design incorrectly directs the flow of water down the backwall flowing down the sliding and settles at the basement foundation wall.

During periods of inclement weather water runs down the siding wall and has caused damage with the houses underlining material.

In addition, both right and left side of the sunroom gutter systems hold standing water that in turn has formed into black algae and is breeding mosquitoes and other insects.

On days of inclement weather water can be seen on both right and left side overflowing from improper gutter/downspout positioning.

I have confirmation no obstructions from within the down spouts or gutters exist.

If these issues are left unresolved water will inevitable leak through into the basement and sunroom floors causing both health and structural damage.

Classic Conservatories failure to complete the work as promised per company letter submitted to me on February 15 and therefore has shown their word is not trustworthy.

To date, Classic Conservatories has not addressed my concerns to rectify this matter and I am unable to reach their representative for a resolution.
