I ordered Tulip Bulbs 2 years ago for $20.64, They cashed the check, NO BULBS...

These people cashed my check for $20.64. I wrote to them concerning the order. They told me that they will double my order 6 months after the initial order. I wrote tlo them in April of this year, with no reply..
