I ordered lavender bulbs on 3-01-08—tried to call—on 4-7-08—no listing—they cashed my 18 dollar check

Ordered lavender bulbs from this company from ad in Better Homes and Gardens magazine on March 1. As I had not received them, thought i would call to check on them&No listing in that area. Then got on line and discovered it was a rip-off. I had sent a check for $18 dollars which has been cashed.
