I went on line to research home warranty companies. I contacted this group and was promptly contacted by Shannon Bell via email. He provided me with a quote for the "13 month Premium warranty and 1 additional freezer". I advised that I would have to pay quarterly. I made my 1st of 2 payments in August.in November, I was contacted by Shannon who called to remind me that it was time for the 2nd of four payments and would need my "ok" to process that payment.
Not until December 31st did I have a need to contact this company because of an electrical outlet, that's causing a problem. I immediately called Affordable Home Warranty, left a message. After a few days, I called again leaving another message.in total, I've left 10 or 11 messages for anyone who would answer. Now, when it was time for the 2nd quarterly payment, I don't think it took Shannon more than 2days to call me back. Now, no one can be found!!!
I've already plan telling my family and friends about this group of worthless "nothings". They are nothing but unethical scammers!!!
