On 10/16/00 they took a $2200 deposit from for the purchase of a spa package, with the rest to be financed out by them. Then I get a letter of credit denial in the mail from an unrelated company, and now when I called them to get my money refunded it was told to me that it is not their policy to refund deposits. At no time was this ever stated to me, and it is not stated on their contract that deposits are not refundable.
