This "company" scammed me and I'm sure many other people. It works like this:
The company has no stock. They place orders with manufacturers after you place the order with them. No problem with that. Many places do that.
However, they DO NOT TELL YOU this upfront. And they charge your credit card when the order is placed, rather than when the product ships.
This means that after you order something, they (in this case, Sherry) will tell you that it will be a few weeks (7 weeks in my case) until you get it. Then when you try to cancel it, they will say "you can't cancel, we've already placed the order".
This is how they scam people. Then you have to fight for your refund.in my case, I got the refund, but only after filing with the Attorney General's office of Indiana (where they are located) and my credit card company.
This is a TERRIBLE company to do business with. I hope the AG's office is still pursuing this, because this affects all customers of this "business", not just me! I suspect this is actually illegal, not just unethical.
