This company would not send me the knives the billed me for, and it took nearly 2 months to finally recieve them after several frustrating calls. Then they promised to send me things to make up for the nearly 2 months of waiting, and I am still waiting for these items, over 3 months after my original order. Customer service agents do not like to speak about problems, and when you ask about why something has not been processed yet, they simply hang up on you and you are forced to sit and wait 10 or 15 minutes on hold again.
Also, after finally recieving my order, I started getting calls from a strange 6 digit number, claiming they were Miracle Blade. They would explain that they had processed my order, sent me the knives, but then forgot to charge my credit card and needed my information once more. I got several calls from this company asking me to give my credit card information out again, after I had recieved the bill for it on my statement. This company scams, and then tries to use a credit card scam to make even more money. I would never order from them again.
This company is just a big fraud, and the service reps that work for them are even worse.
