C & B Fire Protection, - Brian Beyer
Deposit $4,500. Made to C & B for hurricane shutter installation 4/20/07 - no work performed

I signed a contract for accordion hurricane shutters installation on 4/20/07 with C & B Fire Protection, LLC, d/b/a C & B Hurricane Shutters. I gave Mr. Brian Beyer a check for $2,000. And an additional check for $2,500. On 5/31. An installation date was set for 6/04/07. No one showed up on 6/04 nor did anyone show up on 6/20 or 7/05.

When contacted by phone, Mr. Beyer agreed to refund all of my money. When pressed for a date certain, his reply was "soon". That was the last I've heard from Brian Beyer.

Now, when I call his phone, I'm prompted to leave a message. None of my calls have been returned.
