On 24 Sep I ordered $321.00 in product "two down comforters" from Luxysleep.com.
The information provided said 2-5 day shipping, however I never received the product, although the money was drafted from my checking account.
I have emailed Luxysleep.com twice informing them of the problem, and even indicated that i would appriciate either the product i have paid for, or my money back, but received no response. I also called numerous times, only to get no answer, and only an answering machine every time i have called...
I now cannot get my money back, nor do i have the product that I have paid for. And I believe the phone numbers provided on the web site are fake.
