Unauthorized deduction from my bank account

I ordered a free sample of Acai Berry. I paid the shipping. I never received the product. They have since charged my account 83.41 for additional product that I have never ordered or received. When I called I was told that I must return the product for a refund. I never received the product so how can I return it? I ordered this from a link on AOL so I thought it would be legit.
