Duane Tyree is just a felony who'll grab your cash. He's an extremely effective conartist. I came across his title/contact info on Craigslist.com. He arrived right out to my home to provide me an extremely detailed estimate. He promises he quit his clipboard and his bills athome on incident which he'd provide me one the next evening. I gave him a $750 deposit for windows along with other materials.
After three times of never reading from him, he ultimately responded after I named from another phone-line. He explained he was still waiting about the windows in the future in which he'd be available later that evening. The next evening he did appear. He set a cupboard door, took up some hardwood, and totally destroyed among my windows. He never set plastic about the screen and it hasnot found up since.
I've left many communications for him informing him that I'll press charges. I'm prepared to document a-class action suit. Please contact me if you should be involved likewise.
