2 yrs before, I acquired some Builder cordless tools from Sears. Lately the battery charger turned faulty and that I attempted to purchase a different one.
After planning to 3 various shops (such as the components and fix location) I had been informed these resources were no further backed by Sears and that I couldn't get yourself a battery charger. Which means that I've an entire container of cordless tools that can't actually be utilized again. These tools are just 24 months old for Pete's benefit!!! After I named the 800-number, I had been informed the only point I really could do was to visit a Sears shop and have them when they might provide me a discount on the fresh group of cordless tools. After I did this, I had been completely ashamed and humiliated from the sales director. You'd have believed that I had been requesting one of his true kidneys or anything. I instantly quit Sears and visited Homedepot where I invested over $500.00 on the group of Ryobi cordless tools. Sears has dropped a person for a lifetime.
