Wow... I can't believe I came across this.
I was victimized by him several years ago - same situation. His prices were ridiculous! He must have money problems, he was always whinin' about that.
Promised you the world but couln't rely on him. He smelled of alcohol first thing in the morning. Should've known then but he came recommended from a friend.
