On July 26 I ordered two canvas paintings for my new house. When I purchased the items the description said they were both in stock and ready to ship. On July 30 I received an email saying that one print was out of stock but they assured me I would have it within 1 to 3 weeks.
After tree weeks past I called the customer service number the order taker gave me because it was a different company that took the orders. I never had a returned call so I started to email. I did receive an email one week later that apologized and gave me a 10% refund so I was happy. At this time they told me they wold ship it out by the next week. This was about August 31.
I had no information the next week on the status of my order so I called again. Once again no return call so I once again started to email. I had the same customer service rep. Tell me in a week it will be sent out. I then inquired about another discount and was told they will not give me anything else.
After waiting and waiting I contacted them once again today September 17 and was told they do not even have the print. I then asked for information on the dates they would have it, it would ship, and when i wold have it. They told me they would not give me any information. I then asked for their publishers name and contact information to see if I could get some information from them and they told me they would not give it to me. Posting on here was my next step. I will be updating this as it goes on.
