These are the lawyers that give attorneys a bad name. They will use any client to sue another person, insurance company or other company so that they can collect a settlement. Once the settlement is agreed they manipulate the wording in the contract with there own clients so that they legally do not have to pay there client the amount that was agreed. For instance if the settlement is 20 grand the law firm should take 30% but in most cases Schiller, Kessler and Gomez take 90%.
