My husband and i were looking to get a new furnace and air conditioner installed since ours was old and needed to get repaired alot. So we caled and got 3 estimates like everyone should. The ther companies im not going to mention. So Airpro came out and gave us an estimate that was cheaper than the rest and said we were getting better equipment and warranties than the other companies were giving, at a far cheaper price. It says in there ad that we could get everything installed for 3,995.00 so we went with them thinking the other guys were trying to rip us off, Well im sorry we did turns out that they used the cheapest equipment you can buy, and they didnt turn in our warranty either which was supposed to be included.
Found out through talking to friends of mine and they talked to there friends and so forth that whenever you buy a furnace or air-conditioner that you can get builders model or get the better unit for more money.
And i also found out that rocco florio the owner of airpro and his wife ripped off sears for something like 250,000.00 and got jail time and a huge fine.
Ontop of all that he subs out all his work to contarctors and doesn't have real employees and they were complaining the whole time they were at my house putting the ac and furnace in i could here them through the duck work.
Plus i thought i smelled a faint odor of weed coming from one of the guys
So im not sure if he pays his insurances or not and i woundn't recommend you even get an estimate off of him
The equipment is a well known brand name but its noisy and now we have to live with it i would have rather got a reputable company that has been around alot longer ie 80 years or so than a company that has only been around ten years where is this guy gonna be in ten years?
Plus none of the guys were neat and clean looking they looked like they spent the night sleeping outside
I would have rather paid 2,000.00 more and had a better furnace and a/c unit and a more proffessional job, by a better company that will be around another 80 years
Take it from me you only get what you pay for!!!
