Would not answer calls or email about merchandise that arrived damaged

I was not surprised to see another report about Mookie Gifts on here. Just as the other person said, they DO NOT respond to phone calls or email.

I purchased a clock and it arrived damaqed. They never responded to my many phone calls or email regarding replacement.

AVOID this company at all costs. Their well done website may fool you. It looks on the up and up — but I can tell you from experience that they are not.

I would not be surprised to see more complaints registered as time goes on. The problem is that most people don't know what to do when this happens.
