I received a letter from this company to install a new ac unit, a person came to my house said I had to pay 145.00 for a permit gave me an estimate of the total, I ask on 10/04, how long would it take to install the ac unit, he told me that it would be the next day, they never came I called the guy that gave me the estimate he said he would help me never heard of him again, then I spoke to ARLO, SHE LEFT ME ON HOLD a couple of times in total I have called at least 20 to 25 times.

Something I don't understand is why would offer people a service and then act like you are above the law and all that, and then you just apologize thru this person that has no RAPPORT with the people that are making your business grow. PROPAUSTRUASS
