I agreed to have Eagle Shield insulation product in my home on a trial basis with the understanding that if the product didn't live up to the hype of cooling my house down in the summer. They would cancel the service free of charge with no strings attached By their salesperson.
I continually called the sales person after two months that my house was hotter than before. He said that he would cancel my contract but after last contact he had changed his cell number so there was no way of contacting the representative. The workmanship was also applied poorly. Which I took pictures of. I finally got a hold of the CEO of Eagle Shield Mr. Garrett Harwood. Explaining to him the situation that had occurred and I assured him that I did not want the product. Since then I've had to send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau but the situation has not been resolved. I have been informed by Eagle Shield that they have no motive to resolve this matter.
I had no desire from the begining to purchase or have the product installed in my house but the salesman insisted that it would just be on a trial basis. With no obligation to buy. He gave a false pretense. The product does not work.
