A craftmatic salesman came to my house and showed me pictures and descriptions of their top of the line adjustable bed. He promised to give me a floor model color tv and a 300 dollar rebate. When the bed was delivered and set up I noticed that it was not the bed he sold me and that both mattresses had threads unraveling on them.
I called their office and told them I didn"t want the bed. The woman told me they could not take the bed back but that she would send new mattresses. I called the Maryland Consumer Protection office and was told that she should have taken the bed back and refunded my money.
I filed a complaint with them but they said I would have to deal with the company myself. When I called craftmatic again they refused to talk to me. I wrote a letter to the company headquarters in Pensylvania but they never replied to my letter.
