From day one I had problems with the company. Every year, the jet spring would break and I had to call them. However, I tried to call them this year, and they would never answer the telephone. It took me 3 or 4 days to get a call back, only for them to tell me that they couldn't make it out. Then, I finally got them out to fix it, but they didn't have any tools and they said they couldn't fix it.
It just so happens that my warranty was about to be up in a few months, and I got the suspicion that they were just trying to put me off until my warranty expired and I would have to buy a new spa.
