My cousin and I were partners in a door and Trim project hired by the general contractor Shep Services.in turn Shep was hired to do remodeling for Aimco for their apartments The Lodge on the Chattahoochee.
Shep Services did not pay us for the work that was done in all ten apartments. They owe us a sum of $29,543.20 for the work that was done in all apartments. They are in a law suit with Aimco because this company is accusing Ron of embezzlement. We have no way of collecting our money because all we get is a runaround from both Ron and Aimco.
We are not the only ones that did not get paid all the other contractors didn't either.
