I've been a seller employing Tabletopsetc.com like a sales store for quite some time.
By Goal of 2007 the Tabletops organization stopped to pay for the quantities due me like a seller as explained within their site sellers contract.
I provided the products and settled to ship products towards the Tabletopsetc.com's clients and that I am today paying attention about the delivery. The March cost has become nearing 120 days late and also the May cost is nearing 3 months.
The sum total due is bigger than could be prosecuted for in Va in Small Claims Court. I've gotten mail guarantees that my income was future.in-May I obtained a contact from Scott Owens of Tabletops declaring they had invested the cash owed towards the sellers on attempting to recover their site from the drive crash.
Their recommendation was that sellers proceed to market on his website and he'd spend us back from what might have been the businesses fee. I declined this sensation when he'd consider my cash for his procedures (quite simply grab in the sellers) once, I really could not trust them not to achieve this again. I've delivered billings and requests for another cost plan or some type of contract including providing to consider some part-payment in stock but I've gotten no reaction to these demands.
It's my estimation this organization is shady. Beware as both customer and seller.
