Georgia Pool Distributor - Georgia Swimming Pool Distributor
Georgia Pool Distributor took money and did not finish work, left a hole, no pump, no supplies. No word from owner ripoff

I signed a contract with Georgia Swimming pool distributor on Oct 28. We paid him a little over 15,000.00 in a months time. They came and dug the hole. Several weeks later they put up the wall. Weeks later the poured the footer and that was it. We had several messages saying he would be out to finish the pool. As of March the pool was sitting in the same condition.

We had no pumps or any of the pool equipment that we had paid for. The owner called several times saying they would be out this week and then it was the next week and then the next. He never showed back up. We filed a report with the better business burea and found that since the time we signed the contract he had accumlated 41 complaints. We had to call in someone else to finish the pool and pay a large additional fee to finish the pool.

We since have been able to locate several others in the same boat or worse than ourselves in dealing with this company. Today is June 2,207 and we still have not received a refund for fees paid to him. They also go by the name of Georgia Pool distributor.
