This complaint is regarding an authorized warranty claim that has not been addressed. I have tried to get that warranty claim fulfilled for over 2 years. I have been hung up on by customer service representatives, given the run-around on the phone, etc.
I have written authorizations for this claim. I have written promises that the claim will be addressed by your company. Today I received a letter saying that the claim is denied. How can a previously authorized claim be denied? It says the itemized invoice was not sent in the time frame allowed. I personally faxed it twice. It was received twice by the company according to customer reps. Since the faxes were by Stainsafe, I was assured that the claim would be honored.
This company is fraudulent and is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. After researching the complaint record of the company, it seems to me that there are countless victims of this sham company.
