I bought NEW furniture from hanks on 02/03/07. It arived damaged with rips and snags and stains. I call them witin the time frame to get it repaired but I was upset b/c we spent alot of money. The repair guy came out a few weeks later and ordered the parts. So i waited and waited.
When I called their store it took 4 message and 4 weeks for the store manager to call me back and was told to call customer services again. So I fianlly call them again and was told some but not all parts where in.
By this time I was mad I paied for new furniture and that's not what I got. I asked for my money back and was told no just to have it repaired. Which wouldn't be a big deal except it's been over 3 months and I still have yet to get it reapired and I keep finding stuff wrong with it.
All I want is my money back and they refused and i ask what would happen when the warranty plan ran out and I was still finding stuff wrong with it in a nut shell the customer services lady said that I would be S.O. L and have to pay $45.00 an hr to have it fixed. If you want good furniture do not go there i'm still trying to get my money back.
