Terrible experience!

Challenge with Homedepot regarding cost for Defective Product. Sub: request Termination of PO. I actually do think that just a few bad apples among several Homedepot workers would be the reasons for several bad service issues.

The Asst. Store-Manager in a shop produced an issue for me personally. However the “Customer Care Middle of Atlanta” couldn't dominate on him. Which was their WORK.

Chronology of activities:

I put an order for an out –of –stock (they call it a unique purchase) bathroom program in the Home Website in Paramus on 3/22. I acquired these products At Home Website at Paramus on 4/02.

As my bathroom renovated was in the future for function the week of 4/23, I partly exposed the bathroom pan container on 22nd April (Sunday) and discovered a damaged processor. On 23rd May I required that container towards the shop to obtain a substitute. They exposed the entire container there and noticed a larger damaged item. The dish is useless. The Asst Store Manager Mr. Gautam Wadha first stated that any return for specific purchases needed to be within 48 hours. I had been unaware of such guidelines. [Perhaps, he managed to get up.] Lastly, he explained he might re order them but I really could not choose it-up in the shop. I've to possess it sent to my home and any more damage I'll need to cope with the shipper. He explained I'd to pay for $ 50 for that shipping. I protested, then decided. The worker while running the purchase stated the shipping cost could be $ 65 per the computer system. I balked to cover shipping for a product which costs $ 143 and that we might get. But Mr. Wadha was insistent on that $ 65. I needed to talk to the shop manager, also desired to understand the title of the area/local manager. He explained he was the CHEF. Lastly, he offered me the Atlanta’s Customer Service Centre quantity.

I named Atlanta at 1 800-553-3199 exactly the same trip to 2.15 pm. Received John (X 78340). He explained he might look after it and questioned me to contact him back at 5 pm. I did so contact that expansion twice and left a note. She stated Carl was focusing on it and also the situation number was 4409725. Nothing was solved. She'd return to me absolutely. She did contact me in the morning. She did talk to the store-manager Mr. Steve Whitman. Store’s place didn't change. Atlanta office couldn't do something. She stated that I've to cope with the store-manager straight.

I got all three deals back again to the shop but was not able to meet up with the actual store-manager Mr. Whitman. The exact same Mr. Wadha met me. I told him when I couldn't make use of the program, and so I desired to return the collection. This time around he explained I've to pay for re stocking costs for another two products and he'd not consider the damaged product back or might he provide me any credit.

That exhausted my patience. I told him that

[ 3 ] I'm likely to purchase a comparable item from the distinct shop.

[ 4 ] I'm not likely to return to this shop.

[ 5 ] He must prepare to get the things from my home. I'm not likely to that shop anymore.

P.S. I've set an end on my charge card. I've previously bought a toilet pan program from another shop and mounted it.
