Everett Great Marlette Home Bad Business Practices Service Owners ripoff

I would advise anyone buying a home from this place to beware.
The Owners of this place have no idea of how to run a business of this type which is shown in the way they treat their customers.

I felt they relied on a "Pass the BUCK" attitude to put me off on several occassions regarding the Setting and the Dealer Service. The Service Manager has no idea on how to perform any of the service issues I had and only pushed them off on the Manufacturer.

The Marlette Factory Service was good and had to work hard to do their responsibilities and cover the Heritage issues that were left hanging. Constantly badmouths the Marlette Service and even her own contractors.

I found on several occasions the Owner would tell me one thing and then later change her story even though I had 2 witnesses with me and her own people admit her serpentine ways.

I would highly recommend holding money from the Final Transaction as this seems to MOTIVATE her to finish and come clean.
