Ge will not honor warranty ripoff

I purchased a new ge refrigerqator model GSS22JFMBCC.

I received an extended warranty from GE because this product had so many moisture problems that made ice build up in the freezer section. This condition stopped the air flow and the unit quit working.

In order to make the unit work, we have to manually take a panel off and melt the ice that forms in the back of the freezer dept. This has to be done weekly.

I have reported this to GE and so far the problem is not fixed. They will not even respond to my requests for service.
