My wife found his website through ebay. Got in touch with him about making a bed for our 3 year old girl. This was in August. He seeemed pro enough at first. Had decent feedback on ebay etc. My wife e-mailed back and forth with him till she was getting exactly what she wanted. He even sent us wood and paint samples! As delivery time approached in mid Oct, he e-mailed with delay after delay till finally he stopped answering all e-mails. He did e-mail us and others a lame attempt at making amends on Jan 2nd. Which he never has. I e-mailed him back saying that we had bought another bed and needed a refund. That was the last we heard from him. This guy should be in jail! After researching, I've found that he has done this many times! There was even an article about him in Forbes claiming how he rips people off! This guy has made off with countless thousands of dollars and he GETS AWAY WITH IT! I too have contacted Det. Cox. He does NOTHING! For all I know he's being paid off by Jason Beam! My little girl had a broken heart on Christmas because she was excited about her "big girl" bed and all the Christmas bedding we bought her. How is it that the law allows this guy to be on the street? He steals as surely as if he walked into my house and took $700.00!
