Rented a self storage unit from them, gave over a thirty day move out notice. Moved out and left the unit spotless, sent them move out form completed as described. I was told I would receive my security deposit 10 day after i moved out if the unit was completely empty and cleaned.
Called them 3 weeks later asking about our security deposit and was told they did'nt receive my form and therfore I was charged a full months rent plus late fees.
The manager was also present the day I was moving out, also company policy says units will be double locked if payments are not received by the 5th day. Thi guy new I was out because he would have locked the unit after not receiving my payment on the 5th.
Sent several emails and phone calls. No response. The web page states the policy on refunds (BULL). Also says gates are locked when the office is closed. The gates were not locked once in the nine months we rented from them.
Do not rent from any of their units and expect to receive your security back...
