Matthew A. Fitzpatick/Rebecca Vargus promises to sell my timeshare in Six Months or they would fully refund my money. Guess what, they do not answer the phone

This company contacted me regarding the Sale of My Timeshare. I had several conversations with them. They claimed they dealt with large Corporations purchasing Condo's for incentive purposes. They gave me their D&B Number to check them out. And I did. So the fee was $2000 upfront for six mths.

I signed a document saying that if it wasn't sold that my money would be refunded... Again I spoke with them and yes it would be sent. Until one day they did not answer the phone. So they RIPPED ME OFF...
