We ordered a grill from them in April of '06 and sent them the color choices in June 06. We paid $2200 as a 50% deposit. They called and gave me a delivery date of Sept. 21. Exactly one week before delivery they called and said that they were merging with Paradise BBQ and that the delivery would not occur.
We called them in Nov. 06 to request a refund at which time we were told that no refunds would be given. He said "your only option is to cancel your order." We replied that we would not just cancel our order. When we told him it was an unacceptable business practice to which he hung up the phone.
We did say we would have to get an attorney to which he said "Go ahead".
