Having had a AHS warranty for nearly a year, and having had to use it three times, each being a nightmare, I have decided someone needs to do something about the way they conduct business.
Being in a highly regulated industry I find it unconscionable how this company does business. The lies and deception perpetrated on the consumer are beyond believe.
Today they tried to replace my stainless steel range hood with a cheap painted hood. Then the rep tried to tell me it was stainless steel under the paint.
I am sick of the lies and the way they cheat those who believe them. If you have been cheated by AHS - especially relating to replacing a product with an inferior one I would be interested in hearing from you. (ror redacted personal information for security purposes)
