I purchased a King size solid cherry wood bed from Visiondecor on-line on 1-27-07 for $89.99 plus $180.00 S H = 269.99. I tried to contact the co. Via phone, e-mail and their on-line chat, because I couldn't beleive what a great deal it was. I was unable to reach them, they were closed. So, by faith I ordered it anyway (Just in case it was true.) I then receive a call Tuesday 1-29-07 from Joe in customer service telling me there was a error in the price, it should have been $899.99. HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! Joe offers to give me 20% off, I decline and ask to speak to a manager, he then offers 40% offincluding S H = 636.99. I told him I would have to discuss it with my husband, and had him fax me something in writing regarding the 40% he offered, and he did. I still felt like maybe there was a way to get this bed for what it was advertised for, and for what I paid for it. I was suppposed to call back today 1-31-07 with a decision. But, I felt so cheated, and wondered if I had any rights. I called the BBB in CA, with no help. I just don't think this is fair! I was so ecstatic, I've already bought a new mattress, sheets, pillows, and blankets for my new bed. Which may not even be mine, because they "made a mistake".
