We ordered a cookware set for 39.95—they billed 179.95 and decided to upgrade the order and send two sets—don't try for a refund your not going to get it even after you return the merchandise. We have spend numberous hours on the phone with what appears to be a third party vendor who does their customer service—we asked for a supervisor and was told to call 1-800-259-1652—called that number talked to marcella who started to laugh and said you really expect a supervisor&so after numberous hours on the phone there was still no resolution
