I sold my house in the end of July but I keep getting bills for my old residence. I have talked to numberous people in customer service and it takes a very long time on hold to get through. The last time I asked for a supervisor. They told me a supervisor would contact me, but never did. I called corporate and they said they would call me back. I did get a call from India on my phone, but did not answer b/c I don't know anyone in India. Apparently it was customer cares calling me back and they left me a message to call them and gave me the same customer service number that I started with.
