John Williams was reckless and incompetent in the building of our home. He used semiskilled and even unskilled crews that were left to their own devices to perform their work on the job site without proper supervision or even without any supervision at all.
John used substandard materials and cut corners at every turn. He misrepresented his abilities and experience to us and charged a premium price for our custom home. Our Inspector described the workmanship as sub-standard. He is guilty of construction fraud, negligence, breach of contract.
It has been over a year and he has not completed punch list items. Builder won't take care of homeowners - most of the subdivision is in the same shape.
