I purchased a sewing machine from Craig the Cat from one of his e bay listings. I paid for it promptly and received it shortly afterwards. The machine arrived well packaged but upon inspection was missing three control knobs, and required servicing.
According to his listing the machine had just been serviced in his shop that I have come to find out is a bench in his back yard.
I gave him neutral feedback on e bay for the transaction. He in turn left neutral feedback with derogatory remarks, and lies about how he had packed the missing items separately. He left another derogatory reply on my feedback and stated that he had taped the items to the machine.
This person overstates the machines he sells as being industrial strength when in fact they are machines made for home use and are not any stronger than any other machine intended for that purpose.
He sells his machines to unwary inexperienced buyers at extraordinarily high prices.
If you need a sewing machine get one at a thrift shop or shop e bay for a week or two and compare the machines carefully. You will find a machine that is in better condition and a lot less than what he sells them for.
Stay away from Craig the Cat!
