Ripoff failure to deliver custom made items after 6 months when promised in 3 months

On March 12, I paid half-down ($1,942.38) on a recliner and a love seat that were to be delivered by June 12,3006. It is now September 12, and the furniture hs apparently not yet been built. During the last several months, all phone enquiries have been answered by essentially "next week" as the delivery date.
