I subscribed to Mutual's "Signature" plan on 9/1. They took the charge on my card on 9/2. I called for service on 9/5 and they are nowhere to be found.

I paid for their best plan, plus the "buyout" options which allows for no service call fees.

Apparently this person, Vadim Verveda, is also wanted in connection with Ebay fraud.

Let's hope they bring him to the USA, and that there are seized assets we can sue against.

Where is the attorney general on this matter?
