Hugely expensive 'professional' kitchen range has had multiple failures, company will not acknowledge a $2500 range should not require repeated replacement of the SAME part, which is obviously defective. Oven lights with a small (so far) explosion; top burner igniters failing; enamelled cast-iron grates shed their enamel.
No authorized service within 100 miles, so our choice is to spend yet more, junk the thing, or live with a defective and grossly overpriced appliance.
We would never again buy anything from DCS or Fisher & Paykel - as other consumers have found, here and on other websites.
