I provide the salesperson (Randy) a drawing and dimension (completed by Lewis). Randy created the listing of supplies ($1996.73) and installment costs ($1213.27). These were brief supplies, once the specialist found do the installment. Many items are missed by Randy. I when back again to and purchased the content that is additional. The specialist will not be sent by the Laminate Shop back until I spend $75.00 excursion charge. The Laminate Shop salesman (Randy) created the error; and so the Laminate Shop must spend the excursion charge. He explained “No” and walks away after I request the supervisor. No apology was given by him. That is insulting and bad support.
