Had thermal windows installed 8/04 during the winter had whistling noises and large amount of air coming thru between the casing and panes. Called them never ansered untilled i contacter the bbb they corrected the noise with chaulking never the air infiltration went to the nj consumer affairs in 7/05 nothing as of yet.
These windows let all the air in especially when it gets a little windy my heating and cooling bills are high the company says it is not their problemn and sears says its not their also yet i have defected windows the windowws cost over $11,000. I am set to retired but can not afford to with the high engery bills that can and are happening
