Wish I would have known about this complaint before I put myself threw 3 months of Hell with Mark Four. Something simple as having Siding done, I didnt know it could be such a head ache and expensive. Marc Lean is a joke, and your company sucks. I think you need to train your people with Customer service and know what to do with processing a contract. I dont even know if you have people working at your fairfield office or your cinnaminson office, I can never get anyone on the phone and MESSAGES must go unheard.
What is going on with your company? I have never had that many problems with any company. And like most comments in your rebuttles, DONT say call me, and customer service is our number one thing. BECAUSE IT ISNT from what I see on this thing, and from how I have been treated. Because calling you, GETS no where because you never answer your phone either for that matter NO ONE DOES.
I suggest anyone doing business with you back out now, dont do it. NOT WORTH It, there is so many more companys CHEAPER and alot more nicer to deal with. AND dont blame the town, I know they did everything they were suppose to, ANd I never had problems with my town before getting stuff done and had a lot of work done to my house.
