I should have read the hundreds of complaints about this company. I wanted to buy a new bed quick & easy.
Took the pseudo-analysis to determine what mattress I "needed". Agreed on a Kingsdown firm bed.
Paid $1000 for the mattress only.
Bed delivered, felt kinda odd, read owners manual that states you need to sleep on it for a month before it "breaks in".
Month later, no good. Went into store to discuss problem. Told that I missed the 21 day return period and that the salesman would give me "a good deal on another mattress".
Compaired mattress on floor which I wanted to what was delivered, here mattress was not the same model. The recipt has a coded model name that the consumer can not understand. The salesman (not the same person) confirmed this.instructed me to call their customer service number for help.
Called, spoke to Elizabeth Garcia who told me to deal with the salesman who sold me the bed and that any exchange will cost him some of his commission. He was working at another store that I had to go to see him at.
Why should I do all the leg work for a company switching a bed on me?
I will not pay another dollar to this company, I will buy all beds at Sam's and Costco stores from now on. No more salesman.
