Lied / cheated/refused to stand by warrenty?

Bought a mattress that was really comfortable, it took 4 appoinments to get the mattress. Company sent me $150.00 in store credit cards for lies and inconveniance.

Mattress was like sleeping on a concreate slab. Went to store to complain, somebody showed up to inspect bed within 4 days. Told me nothing wrong with this bed.

However as my wife took off a couple of the tags off the mattress making warrant null and void.

Whilst in the store a salesman told me that they had a few bad ones of this partical model i purchased and was an old delivery, but the new delivery were what was shown to me by the salesman.

After calling Tina the manager several times she eventually took my call.
There is nothing wrong with your bed, sleep on it for a month. It will be comfortable by then.
I demanded they exchange the mattress. Her answear... You have slept on the bed. Warrenty no good' company policy read the Small Print.
Called head office, asked to speak to customer service manager, only to told by rep no one one in management was available.

Told phone rep my problem. Her responce. Sleep on the bed for a month and it will soften up. And there is nothing they could do for me as we had used the bed???

Cant Get no Satisfaction..

Would never do buisness with Asley Furniture again

Watch out they are liars and cheats
