Dear Sirs:
This is a Home Improvement business that doesn't have too good a work ethics in their business practices.
This man (Glenn Lee)... Owner of this business is
bad about "pressuring" certain of his customers to pay up... Before work is completed. And this time... He's avoiding getting in touch w / me (owner of my home)... About finishing up his work. And I've gotten a call from his wife, & she was harrassing me about getting back in touch w / Glenn Lee about this.
You see, I've sent letters down there to his
home & she (his wife) opens up most of his mail too.
But "right" now after 1 wk. (since last letter was
mailed out)... The business owner still hasn't got in
touch w / me at all. (He's always claiming that there's
something going wrong w / him or in his household... The
reason that he can't get back in touch w / me.) But
after many wks. Of this... I'm not buying anything that
he says. ('Cause he's been seen going way out of town
... On many of these wks. Too.)
You see too... I've got my own share of health problems (as Sr. Citizen... Almost 59 here)... & I would
like for a peaceful settling out of this matter... W/o
no court, or attys. Either. (I don't want to handle
this matter w / lawsuit, or thru the courts either.)
Please reply back, & let me know... What I can
do about this "big" problem w / this business too.
