Like others, I did not receive a bill for dental work when I knew I should have.By the time I talked to a guy in India, I was told I was behind in payments. I said, yes, because I had not received a bill. Imagine the shock when I did get one and saw the huge finance charge, late charges, and also that the no interest for 18 months was cancelled.
Waiting on hold for 30 minutes or more is easy compaired to trying to get anything straight, let alone put right, with customer service. It was their word against mine that I did not receive a bill. For over 3 months they want me to believe it either got lost, or I am just a dumb ass who couldn't find it in my mail. They however, are never at fault.
They caused my first visit to this web-site. I just knew there had to be dirt on them and I was going to use it against them when I found it. After reading the other anguished comments, I am convinced we cannot win as far as our accounts go. I am going to use my entire income tax refund and pay the creeps off, then make it my passion to, with the help of others, put them out of business for good. I want to make it hurt and I also want to make sure they don't just change names and start shafting innocent people all over again.
